    Q - I purchased through Paypal a license number to continue using your software. When do I get this license Number?
    A - Usually, the license number is emailed within 24 hours; but it can take up to 48 hours (2 days) to receive it.

    Q - I have two computers, my laptop and a pc. I would like to have the program installed on my home pc. Would I be able install it and use the registration code that I purchased?
    A- The license is good for all computers of your ownership. If you need to install the program on someone else's computer, buy a new license number.

    Q - Four days ago I paid for a license number but I haven't received anything yet? Did you get the payment from Paypal?...How long is this going to take?
    A - Most likely, we did get the payment and had send you the license number within two days, but the email you provided is not valid ,or your email server is rejection our message.
           Please provide your name, alternate email, Paypal transaction number and enable your email account to accept incoming messages from us.

   Supreme Invoices Basic 1.0

    Q - I reinstalled the operating system in my computer from cero because viruses affected my computer. I reinstalled the program Supreme Invoices Basic 1.0.0 again , I did the back  up   files in one CD disk, now I need to install those files into the new Supreme Invoices Basic installation that I did recently install. How can I do this?
    A - Step 1: Open your back up CD and find the following folders : Program Files -> Hidalgo Software -> Supreme Invoices Basic 1.0.0 -> Data.
          Once there, open the folder and copy the file SupremeInvoicesBasic.mdb.
          Step 2: On your computer open the same folders as you did on your backup CD and paste the file in the Data folder.
          You will get a message window asking you if you want to replace the previous file, click "Yes".
          Step 3: On your computer run the program and verify the data transfer. If the trail period expired you will be asked to enter a license number.
          Enter the license number or buy one to continue using the program.

    Q - I want to change the logo for my invoices. How can I customize the program to accomplish this?
    A - If you want to use the logos provided click on the menu "View" and select "Business Information". Click the button "Browse"  and navigate to
           C:\ Program Files\Hidalgo Software\Supreme Invoices Basic 1.0.0\Clipart. Select a logo and click "Open". The new logo will appear on the form.
          Then checkmark "Apply changes to all future invoices" and click "OK" on the "Business Information Form".
          If you want to use your own logo copy it to the Clipart folder and follow the previous directions.

    Q - Is there a limit on how many invoices may be created? Some programs may only handle 100 or 500 customers.
    A - The program don't have limitation on the number of invoices nor customers; however the trial period is for only 15 days.

    Q - I want to enter the date the invoices are paid. How can I customize the program to accomplish this?
    A - You can customize the "Sale Detail Headings" to accept the date the invoices are paid. Click on the menu "view" and select "Sale Detail Heading", there
           make one of the headings "Date Paid" and check "Apply changes to all future invoices" then click "OK" and you will have a place in the program where to put
           the date the invoices are paid.
